To add a teacher to their class page, follow the steps listed below.
In the portrait manager:
- Assign the teacher to the same grade and teacher/homeroom group as their students.
(If the teachers should also be on the staff page, you may want to duplicate their record so they can be assigned to the staff group more easily.) - Assign the teacher the role of teacher. Note that you can also assign the role of assistant teacher as well, if applicable. Assigning a role makes the teacher have a higher priority in the group, breaking alphabetical order.
In the page editor:
When the portraits are flown into the book, the teachers will automatically be at the front of the group.
- Use a Grids preset that includes a Feature portrait

- If the featured teacher does not automatically enlarge to a 2x2 frame, access the Advanced tab to configure the featured frame options.This includes specifying the roles to feature (teacher, assistant teacher), and special configuration for the labels.
