Yearbook Advisors and Team Members will log in to Memento differently. Be sure to follow the correct instructions below and pay attention to the different login credentials that are needed.
Yearbook Adviser Login
If you received a Welcome Email from Studio Source Yearbooks at the start of the yearbook season, you have been designated as a primary admin user associated to your book. This welcome email includes a link to accessing the Studio Source Dashboard. Click on it: first time users will set up their password then login, returning users will re-enter their existing password.
| Advisers will find a software information box on their Dashboard profile page. This includes your School ID, UserId and a password. Copy the school id, make a note of the password, and then click on the Go to Memento button. Memento's login page will launch, where you can log in with the credentials from this page. | |
Team Member Login
If your account was created in Memento Yearbook by your Editor-in-Chief, then log into Memento directly at https://books.yearbooks.me/. See below to learn what credentials to supply to additional team members.

2. Choose the project year/name. If your school has more than one active project, you will see multiple projects listed, but you will only be able to access those where you have been assigned a user account.

What is my School ID?
The primary adviser/editor-in-chief is usually provided with the School ID via their welcome email.
The advisor/Editor-in-Chief should provide the School ID to other team members as well as their username and password. If your yearbook company is managing your project, please contact them directly for access.
A note about Child Online Privacy Information:
Memento Yearbooks ensures full compliance with Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If your school is located within the USA, it is necessary to acknowledge this by checking the COPPA checkbox during the setup. By finalizing the Yearbook Account Setup, you also express your agreement to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
