Consult the coverage report to ensure that no one is left out of the book and that all information in the portrait set is as accurate as possible.
Total People – Number of portraits imported, flowed (added to page) or unflowed (not on pages yet).
Missing Photos – Number of people who do not have any photo attached to their record.
Missing First or Last Name – People who are missing either their first name, last name, or both.
Missing Grade – People who have not been assigned to a grade. If your portraits are flown by grade, this information is critical.
Manually Excluded – Displays the number of people who have been set to be excluded from appearing in the book. Excluded portraits should only include duplicate image/extra retake photos, people who have left the school or people on the "do not photograph" list.
